Schweibenalp spiritual center in the Alps (Switzerland)
Schwabenalp is a spiritual center, an ashram (translated from Sanskrit as "a place devoid of pain"), created by order of Babaji, one of the greatest Indian saints. It is a comfortable hotel in the Alps at an altitude of 1100 m.
It is located directly above the kilometer-long five-step waterfall that falls into the incredibly blue and clear Lake Brienz, a fantastic lake view from the hotel. The ashram is surrounded by virgin coniferous forests and located in a place of literally stunning beauty, purity and peace. For more than 18 years, it has hosted fire rituals (yagya and havan, a beautiful fire ritual aimed at purification and harmonizing this place and all participants in the ritual), puja. A large number of masters from all over the world hold their workshops here.
Schwabenalp is a place of power charged with the energy of the great Indian saints who have been coming here for many years. In ancient times, this mountain plateau, where the ashram is now located, was a place of DRUID practices. The ancient texts say: "Meditate in those places where there have never been wars." Switzerland is a blessed land, where for the past 600 years there has been no war. Thanks to the peace and harmony reigning in places like Schwabenalp, hidden internal stresses and strains are released quickly and naturally. The air in this place is healthful: earlier there was a mountain resort to cure pulmonary diseases.
Vegetarian cuisine, herbs from the local garden are used, and you can help in the kitchen, with cleaning and in the garden.
The daily routine usually looks like this:

6 pm - dinner
Spiritual practice in the evening
10 pm - sleep
